The torch is described as being a fantastic bit of kit, with plenty of light and great value for money. The power bank feature is impressive and the torch is perfect for winter use, camping, and walking the dog at night. The customer service is excellent, and all questions are quickly answered. However, some customers complain about the battery dying within a few months and that the switch is difficult to find. Additionally, the power button isn't flush with the body, and it's a bulky device.
