Ages 18 and Over Format Maps Terbse Editorial Review
Están vivos is a cult film directed by John Carpenter, blending action, science fiction, and social commentary that critiques capitalist and consumerist society. With a runtime of 1 hour and 33 minutes, this film showcases the talents of actors like Roddy Piper and Keith David and features Spanish subtitles. Reviews highlight its memorable quotes and impressive editing, while some viewers appreciate how this movie has influenced modern classics like The Matrix. Its recent Blu-ray release in 2018 has made it more accessible, although fans have noted quality issues with the packaging. However, the film's engaging philosophy and quality remain a strong draw for audiences.
