Vallejo Paints VJ26233 Editorial Review
The Vallejo Pigment Binder is recommended for use with dry pigments to achieve desired effects. It is important to apply the pigments dry for best results. If you don't want the pigments to bleed into each other, it is suggested to spray the pigment binder between pigment applications and allow it to dry. The binder can be mixed with pigments before applying, and after the pigment mix has dried, clear varnish can be applied for additional protection. The finish of the binder is satin. While this binder is commonly used by plastic model makers, it is not ideal for glazed tiles and may not adhere well to slick surfaces.
