Answer: No, it is not made to substitute fixing the corner properly. After repairs have been made to fix why the seam separated, then you can apply this to cover any possible gaps that may be there before putting on your corner trim. -

Can the 4 inch x 50 feet roll be cut into small puncture repairs?
Answer: Yes, you can cut it into any size you want. Once put down, it is there to stay. It is recommended to seal the edges with self-leveling caulk as an added measure. -

Is the product durable?
Answer: Yes, it is extremely durable! However, once applied, it cannot be removed. It is suggested to have a seam roller when applying it. -
