    Answer: Set aside 45-60 minutes after assembly to properly shape the tree by peeling back the branches and pulling the tips apart to give the branches a more full-bodied look.
  • Question: Does the Dual Color LED light set work if there are a few individual bulbs that are not working?

    Answer: The lights operate individually, so if the bulb lens has not been cracked or broken, the light set will continue to illuminate except for any individual bulbs that are not working.
  • Question: Where is the best place to put the National Tree Company's Pre-Lit Artificial Christmas Tree?

    Answer: Consider placing it in a living room or dining area where it can be viewed from multiple angles and does not block any entryways.
  • Question: Can you combine white and multicolor lights?

    Answer: This gorgeous prelit tree is illuminated with perfectly strung clear lights. If you prefer to add additional lights that would have to be your preference; it is not something we recommend.
  • Question: When a bulb goes out, do the remaining lights stay lit?

    Answer: I received a 7.5 Ft tree and 9 lights in a row are out! Replaced with the lousy 12 new ones they provided and still not working. They will get the Tree back before Jan. 31 deadline! Not worth over $300.00. Not Happy finding this out after fluffing the Tree out!
  • Question: What is the diameter of the trunk/pole at the base?

    Answer: Don’t do it... the diameter isn’t very large maybe 2” max...however... this tree is the heaviest tree I’ve ever owned, I couldn’t even drag it... it’s got to be constructed with steel and it is extremely sparse (yes it looks great in this picture but not in real life). Hope this helps!

    Answer: Go to the nationaltree.com web site and click on video.
  • Question: Does it come with the low voltage transformer that plugs into 110v outlet?

    Answer: It has a single plug for all the lights with a foot pedal that changes the colors and plugs directly into a standard wall socket.
  • Question: Is it 3 pieces or individual branches?

    Answer: It is 3 pieces that snap together. This is a very beautiful tree !!!
  • Question: Does this have the 'real feel' option?

    Answer: I don’t know if the tree has 'Real tree feel', but I love my tree.
  • Question: What type of plug does this have if not the two-prong kind?

    Answer: Regular two-prong plug...the tree lights all connect within the pole. Tree is awesome. I acted taking it down...most beautiful tree I have ever owned.
  • Question: Do you have to use the stand that comes with the tree? Does the stand play a role in the power connect feature? Also, can we run with only white lights?

    Answer: No, the tree stand is not associated with the power cords, it just holds up the tree....yes, you may select white lights/LEDs only.
