Black Bull Arbor Presses PRESSA6T Editorial Review
The Black Bull PRESSA6T 6 Ton A-Frame Shop Press includes 2 press plates, but it is not recommended to use a 20 ton jack with this frame. It is also not suitable for pressing bearings into hubs on a 2007 Hyundai Elantra due to the limited working throat. The distance between bottom of vertical shaft and top of support plates on the lowest setting is about 5", making it unsuitable for a cider press unless modified. However, it is suitable for installing and removing bearings, gears, U-joints, bushings, ball joints, pulleys and other items. The maximum diameter working space is 10". Users should make sure it suits their needs as it is a small and compact tool. While some users complained about the difficulty in assembling and poor instructions, other users found it to be a perfect press for small light-duty work with effective results. However, some customers had negative feedback about the quality with the frame being bent out of shape and bottle jack seals blowing out after using it for 4 months.
