    Answer: No, it does not come with any hardware. What’s pictured and a small container of lubricant is all that is in the kit.

    Answer: This kit does NOT come with the metal sleeve. Will have to reuse old ones. New sleeves are a dealer item. Have not seen any aftermarket sleeves for sale.

    Answer: Nothing for the truck bed. Two for the core support, four for front and back cab (4 door), and two for the center of cab. Center ones are different than front and back.
