To take out the chocolates smoothly, customers recommend wiping the mold with vodka and putting it in the freezer for five minutes. After that, flip the mold over and tap the back with a wooden spoon to remove the chocolates. This mold is not suitable for hard candy, and it cannot be used in the oven. Therefore, if you want to make hard candy, you will need to get a silicone baking mold.
