Answer: Don't know. Not a heavy food. Rice is nice and fluffy when steamed. -

Answer: Can be frozen. Does not contain mustard. -

Is it similar to liver pudding from the Carolinas?
Answer: No. Authentic Cajun Boudin. -

How long do you cook them?
Answer: I like to bake mine which is about 15-20 mins at 350. You can also steam them and which is about the same time at high steam. Microwave is like 2-3 mins. Since they are pre-cooked you are pretty much just warming it up. Also make sure it’s fully warm in the middle before eating for best result
