It uses two force-canceling drivers at the center to eliminate vibration and rattle for a powerful and clear bass sound. It has worldwide compatibility and is intended to enhance the audio of other Sonos compatible devices. Customers noted that the Sub has an excellent design and solid build. The bass sound is impressive and deep, offering a fuller and more detailed audio experience. The all-white Arc and Sub are aesthetically pleasing to customers. One customer noted that the range of bass sound is not that great, but when turned up, it is a necessity for the sound coming from the Arc. It’s as if they know better about how much bass to put in a movie, as some customers would have paid $350, not over $800. Another customer noted that they have three subs, and it provides immense loudspeaker pressure that can instantly make their pet deaf or even kill them. The speaker cones are also exposed, and a swipe from a cat’s claws could destroy them. The setup process for adding the Sub was bizarre and frustrating. The Trueplay app, which is used to set up and tune the speaker, is not supported by iPhone 14 or several other ios and Android devices.
