Answer: Found nothing in the instructions to indicate anything other than 1 to 7 1/2. No clue about the 18. Probably an error -

Is this jig calibrated for a 1/4 inch bit. If not, which size bit?
Answer: It is calibrated for a 1/4 inch bit, but a 1/2 inch will work as well. Instructions for 1/2 inch use are on the back of the packaging. Using a 1/4 inch bit can save time in figuring out the proper setting for 1/2 inch. -

Will this fit a Porter Cable PCE643?
Answer: No, it only fits Porter Cable 690 series and 7539 routers. -

Will this fit a Drill Master 64341 from Harbor Freight?
Answer: I don't know, I have a different router. -

Does it work with a Dremel plunge router?
Answer: This model does not work with the Dremel. A new model that does is currently in development. -

How can you mount it to a Bosch PR20?
Answer: I can't say with any authority. The jig has several mounting holes that may fit your router. If not, you can drill new holes and counter sink them to make it work. -
Question:
Does this fit the Ryobi R1631K router?
Answer: I'm not sure about your model, but on the package it lists the Ryobi RE 180PL and the R175. I don't know if these are compatible with yours or not. -
Question:
Does this give a calculation for a 1/2 inch spiral bit? Or does it just work with 1/4 inch? Need to make a 7 1/4 inch hole (Bosch).
Answer: The jig is calibrated for use with a 1/4 inch bit. If you use a 1/2 inch bit, it will cut a circle 1/8 inch larger than the setting. So, to cut a 7 1/4 inch hole, set the center pin in the 7 1/8 inch position. As long as your bit clears the center portion of the jig, you should be fine. -

Does it work with a Dremel plunge router?
Answer: No. -

Does this work with the Dewalt plunge base for compact router (DNP612)?
Answer: No, it doesn't. For your DeWalt and plunge base, you would need model 280 or 280 Pro.
