Lightning Brand paint captures, intensifies and reflects light back to the light source. Water based acrylic formula does not cake. Tough durable finish - Fast drying, Dry to touch in 15 minutes – Soap and water cleanup- Semitransparent- Made in the U.S.A. SHAKE/STIR WELL BEFORE USE. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT GLOW IN THE DARK. Preparation: Apply lightly with quality brush, roller or sponge. Surfaces to be coated must clean. Glass Beads are retro- reflective meaning they return any light directly back to its source. (Like a stop sign). The reason reflective roadway signs are reflective to your eye, is that you are on the same eye level as your head lights. So, there is only one angle that it will reflect to your eyes. Try taking a picture with a flash camera and one without then to test reflectivity. Paint must be dry before it reflects.
