The Ingersoll Rand Edv200 14npt 110120v Electronic Drain Valve is a quality solenoid valve that can be set to drain anywhere from every few minutes to every hour or so. The design of this product allows it to fit any compressor that has a 1/4" NPT drain hole, but a mounting bracket is not included. The timer is a manual timer, and once the value is set, it should not reset on its own. However, it can run whether the compressor is running or not, potentially causing the compressor to start at some point if left on. It's important to note that this product is not rated for steam at any pressure.
