The Aoyue 968A+ Professional SMD Digital Hot Air Rework Station has received generally positive feedback from customers. The temperature range is 200C-480C making it suitable for smaller devices for which you would use a 15 watt pencil iron. The vacuum pickup tool and smoke absorber work well together and there is a plethora of options and it's a complete soldering workstation. However, one customer has reported that it does not get hot enough to solder any circuitry and throttles at 300 Fahrenheit after 10 minutes. The product lies about specs according to the customer. The vacuum is not detachable from the iron which can make it slightly uncomfortable in the hand, and the air gun cannot completely turn off the airflow when the gun is heated.
