The Goulds Pump J5S Shallow Well Jet Pump is a popular choice for home use. It is made of cast iron but painted, and customers have not experienced rusty water. It is switchable between 120v and 240v and has an amperage of 8.6-10.3 max at 115V and 4.3-6.4 max at 230V.
